I like it a lot David! Sounds very rock n roll. :) The C naturals are used to great effect. I'm going to learn this one, nice work.

Great tune! Nice hook line in the last 2 bars of each part. The tied notes give it a nice bouncy feel. I'll have to learn this one. Keep up the good tunes! :)

There are sections of this tune I really love but it seems very repetitive in places. It's nice and evil sounding which isn't a bad thing and the C natural is used to great effect. Not a bad effort.

What a great tune! It's unusual to hear a hornpipe in this form but it really works, it's almost like a waltz. Some parts of it were really excellent. I can imagine this being played with an instrumental group rather than a solo piper.

Loved it! :)

Hi Stuart, Both this and your other tune are really good. Do you have any others? You've got a great style for writing. This tune in my opinion could have one more part. Starting with birl from E then build and work its way up the scale with a few runs and keeping the same rhythm as the other two p...

The two tunes go together very well David. I must learn your's when I get a chance, great tune.

I'll have to get back into writing some more tunes soon, I haven't got a chance yet as I'm learning a lot a new stuff for the band.

Thanks

I really like the first part but the other parts could do with a bit more work. It has a good strong melody and is an enjoyable tune.
