The only word that comes to mind is WOW!.....Very ominous tune.....I can think of about 20 tunes to go with it right now.....I can't wait to see what else you add to it!.....As normal David....Very nice chune!

nice tune....not too many hornpipes can pull off a LOW G anywhere in the staff....this one did.....quite a surprise.....and nice flow to it......Mark

I agree....has a nice waltzy feel to it......One question I always ask when a tune is posted is the history behind it.....The history allows us to appreciate and pass on it's meaning when played in public.....and judging by the name......this one has to be "Interesting".....Mark

David, As Usual your tunes are well written and play beautifully.....I KNOW Bob's family will appreciate the effort and thought that went into it.....He will be missed by all those that knew him and the piping community has lost a great resource I hope there will be more tunes written in his memory....

One of the "Members" here also has a bagpipe chat site that alot of the pipers frequent.....His name is Bob Norris.....you can usually find at least two pipers there who will be able to answer your questions.....or you can email any of the tune posters/Moderators here and we will be more then happy ...

The changes made the tune MUCH BETTER!......It now has a nice flow and feel to it......... it is also nice to see others taking on making changes to tunes to improve them........Nice T E A M W O R K folks!

I can think of a few dummers (SORRY....DRummers).....that would be up to the challenge.....I will pass on the tune and see what they come up with......and then overlay the drum score and tune together to see how they sound.....Should be along in the next few days.......They like a challenge!.

Not bad for a first effort.......and it has meaning to you .......which in turn makes it special.
I set the tempo at 130 BPM.....hopefully that is acceptable.....it is where it sounded best.
