Upon inspection of the town of Armstrong's City Hall, it was concluded that some people should not be allow to have a paint brush. EVER.

One of my first tunes. The Furry chanter in question was a dog. This tune was performed and recorded by the Toronto & District Caledonia Pipe Band.
