drone reeds

hi everyone i am new to the site and have a question if anyone can help i currently have kinnaird carbon fibre drone reeds which i have had for about three years but recently bought a new set of pipes and after tuning the drones they only stay in tune for a minute or two then they are out of tune again so is it the reeds or the pipes ?
