Download problem

Post by Duffer » Mon May 03, 2010 8:52 am

I'm probably going to look a bit daft here, but every time I try to download a tune from the database I get redirected to a page telling me that Windows does not recognise the file. Does anyone know why this might be and how to put it right?

Things to try

are you trying to download the BWW or the MIDI file. You can right click on the download link and choose "save target as" and it should save the file where you choose.

If you are trying to get the MIDI and don't have an associated MIDI player you can right click on the MIDI file and choose open with, then choose media player.

If you are trying to get the BWW file to open you need to have the application installed on your computer. For BWW go here: http://www3.telus.net/public/dougwick/
