Finn the sailor

Now and again, we all come across someone who leaves an impression upon our life. Over 26 years ago a guy called Finn did just that, although it wasn't until I composed this wee march which reminded me slightly of a sailors hornpipe that his memory came back to me - so here's the tune - we play it in our band - see www.piperspolka.moonfruit.com - after High Road to Gairloch, both go quite well in the set. Comments always welcome.

If you cannot write a tune down that you can play so that they are identical, how can you truly say you know the tune!
