ViperPiper's Bagpipe Tunes

This tune is written in memory of an old man who would come to Milly Mulgroo's, my old work, and always have a pint of Guinness. He never kept any company, and was in a badly kept state. I just heard he had died, not realising I had served him his last Guinness.
