Ever been on the road to Ayr?

Post by philamor » Wed Apr 21, 2004 11:04 pm

The road North into Ayr (A77) was the theme for this wee piece. My wife and I were travelling home from a friend's near Newton Stewart and we decided to take the scenic route through to Glasgow, which was shorter than the road down as it turned out, which took us up the A77 and into Ayr, where we stopped for a nice lunch before proceeding on. The views from the road out to the Isle of Arran were lovely.

Andi :)
