THE MERRY MOHEL -- A new "cutting-edge" hornpipe

Post by david n. siegel » Sat Sep 15, 2007 6:16 am

I have great fun playing this. The tune appears rounded, but has a pointed melody that dances in and around the High and Low A's. Started on it 30 years ago, and just finished it off a few days ago.

Cheers All,
-David.

Very nice. I'm still working on Dirty Rice and Haggis - looks like you really like those high A staccato effects.
