Tune Renaming Utility
If you have a few tunes on your computer in .bww, .bmw, .abc or .pio format then you may find that a lot of them may have rather cryptic filnames which make it difficult tell what tune the file contains without opening it first.
This little utility will automatically rename your files to a configurable combination of the Tune Name, Tune Type and Composer extracted from the file.
If you find any bugs, or have any suggestions on how to improve this utility, please reply here.

Any way you could get the program to omit the word "The" at the beginning of a title. I tried out your program on some tunes and ended up having to go through and rename them to get rid of "The". I use what I think is a standard style of filing - omitting "The" from the title because it is so common.

Could you make it so that you can convert the files from BWW to BMW or BMW to BWW because for me the renanaming is just half if the process.
Thanks

GREATEST THING EVAR!!!
One thing I might suggest is having a more elaborate select directory thing because I had to move my BWW tunes folder from my desktop to local disk and then back again. Still, renamed over 3000 tunes in less than ten minutes. GREATEST THING EVER!!!

Very fine coding sir!
You are a master, and this was a big help. Thank you for your hard work!
By the way- it works fine with Windows 7.
