A help for bww on vista 64 bit

Post by mclaus » Mon May 18, 2009 10:49 pm

As we bought a new comp, my wife (being IT ) insisted having
a 64 bit computer. Bww is not running on this vista 64 bit

Does anyone knows what to do.
Are there free drivers or something like this ?

i ran into the same problem, couldnt get anything (even emulating XP etc..) to make it work - I ended up getting the demo version of Electric Pipes (by the Baked Bean Company) at

Just noticed the date - you've probably sorted this out by now.. Wow, it's been a while since I was on here!

I read elsewhere that the Bagpipe Music Writer Gold (not the free version) has been updated to correct for the new computers.

That is correct. If you have a purchased copy of BMW Gold, you can contact Robert MacNeil and he will email you what you have to do to update the program to work with Windows 7. The program works perfectly for me right now on my Windows 7 OS
