PM Alan Stairs

This tune is for our PM, Alan Stairs, who has been at the head of the 78th Fraser Highlander of Québec since the beginning, around 10 years ago I think, almost never missing a Thursday evening practice. You can easily imagine Alan softly swinging his practice chanter while playing to show us the way we should accentuate the tune.
