ViperPiper's Bagpipe Tunes

Someone asked if this tune was finished with just the two parts. I said I was making sure that the 3rd and 4th didn't spoil the effect. I hope I have now achieved a balance

I like the third part a lot, it flows well with the tune. The jumping off the low a's in the fourth part is a little... I dunno, "ehh", IMO. Overall, an awesome pointed hornpipe. Great work!
