No F or C sharps on staff, though appropriate midi notes selecting in configuration screen

Hey, great tune! I love it, but how do you play those funny notes (in the 7th bar of each part).

Thank you for the excercises but I meant those notes that don't sound quite right, I know how to do shakes. "there are no F or C sharps on the staff" you said. When I downloaded the tune and clicked "play", in the 7th & 8th bar(of each part) inpeticularly, it sounded different. Is there different fingering? I do have a tutor but I am learning these tunes for fun.
